Closed beta · invite only

More qualified leads for every client.

Relay runs a lead engine for each client company. Operator agents gather, qualify and write the outreach; customer agents answer on the client's website, WhatsApp and Instagram. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

How it works

One lead engine per client. You stay in the loop.

Each client company gets its own workflow, agents and targets. This week at Acme GmbH: 146 gathered, 44 qualified, 31 contacted, 6 delivered.

  1. 01

    Gather

Lead Gatherer searches Google Places, Hunter and Snov for offices that fit the client's ideal customer.

  2. 02

    Qualify

Lead Qualifier scores every lead against the client's criteria. Inbound leads from customer agents join the same queue.

  3. 03

    Reach out

Mail Marketer drafts the sequence and stops at a checkpoint. You approve, ask for changes or discard.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Qualified leads that replied go to the client, each with the reason it fits.

Two kinds of agent

Two kinds of agent. One desk.

Customer agents

Answer your clients’ customers

On the website widget, WhatsApp, Instagram and Shopify. Quote requests get answered, site visits get booked, and warm leads flow into Qualify.

Operator agents

Work for your team

A pre-defined roster runs Lead engine, Content calendar, Review management and Marketing analysis. Every agent is versioned; a draft never touches a live run.

Workflows

Four workflows, ready on day one.

  • Lead engine

Gather, qualify, reach out, deliver. A weekly target and cost per lead for every client.

  • Content calendar

October: 12 posts across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. You review 3 before they are scheduled.

  • Review management

Replies drafted for new Google and Trustpilot reviews. The negative one comes to you first.

  • Marketing analysis

A weekly report on lead quality, cost per qualified lead and marketing performance.

Checkpoints

Nothing leaves without your approval.

Agents stop at a checkpoint before anything reaches a client’s customers. Approve it, ask for changes in plain words, or discard it.

  • Every checkpoint shows exactly what will be sent
  • Steer a running session: tell the agent what to change
  • Members without approval rights get a read-only view
  • Everything waiting on you, in one Needs you list

FAQ

Questions agencies ask first

What are the two kinds of agent?

Customer agents answer your clients’ customers on the website widget, WhatsApp, Instagram and Shopify. Operator agents work for your team, with versioned instructions and their own tools. The kind is set at create and never changes.

Is Relay open for signup?

No. Relay is in closed beta and you need an invite to sign in. There is no self-serve signup or checkout yet.

Who can use the Operator workspace?

Company members, not just owners. Owners grant each member the pages they need, and only people with approval rights can approve a checkpoint.

Where do connector keys go?

They stay on the server. Keys for Hunter, Snov, Google Places and Slack never reach the browser, the model, logs or transcripts.

Give every client a lead engine.

Relay is invite-only while we onboard agencies. Tell us about your clients and we set up the first workflow with you.
